In accordance with New Mexico Public School Code (22-10A-16, NMSA 1978) and NCLB legislation, parents / guardians can request information regarding the professional qualifications of their child's classroom teacher, instructional support providers, and principal by emailing Ms. Mora in Human Resources. EDUCATIONAL OPTIONS AT DATA

Day School

• Students earn full high school diploma
• Tuition free charter high school
• Small classroom settings with a student: teacher ratio of 23:1, usually less in electives
• Unique, cutting edge technology
• Average enrollment only 250-300 students (for all grades, 9-12)
• Two ways to earn college credit for free
• Closely connected to CNM film school

Night School

• Courses taken through the state-approved E2020 online curriculum
• Core classes plus a few online electives offered
• Students work at their own pace toward their high school diploma
• Licensed teachers available to give one-on-one assistance
• No cost if DATA is the student's primary high school
• Schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:30 to 7:30 pm
• Allows students who are interested and qualify to take CNM classes at little or no cost

Distance Learning

• Online courses through E2020 can be taken from home
• Students may work independently at home or at DATA (during Night School hours)
• Classes must be completed by DATA's deadline or by home high school's deadline, whichever is first
• Cost is $180 per half credit/semester class
• Payment must be made at DATA in cash, personal check, cashier's check, or money order
• Register at the school between 9:30 am and 3 pm

FANS of DATA

Feed And Nurture Students of DATA is a parent and student group that helps to meet some of the non-curricular needs of students and families at DATA. If FANS is doing a project, details will be provided in the announcements.
