Welcome to the Parental Access Support System (PASS) for DATA. Please enter your childs 6-digit Schoolmaster ID number and 3-digit PIN number (if the PIN is less than 3 digits, add leading "0's" in front. Ex: 025 instead of 25). If you do not have your ID or PIN, please contact DATA to obtain that information. After entering your information, please select one of the links on the left. Current active links are ATTENDANCE, CURRENT MARKS, MARK HISTORY, SCHEDULE/PROGRESS (current grades submitted by Instructors) and CALENDAR. In the SCHEDULE/PROGRESS view, please click on the "Progress" link in the Gradebook column for each class to see your childs grades in that particular class. For additional support - please send email to "joshua.stuyvesant@datacharter.org". NOTE - Individual instructor gradebooks on the PASS are updated by the instructors themselves. If grades are not current or you believe there is an error, please contact the instructors via email.
